WELCOME TO 718 ONLINE
718 is a new, modern, worship service at Helena UMC! It is far beyond "another service" but a uniquely designed time of worship with the purpose of reaching a new generation in a relevant and honest way. Our Goal at 718 is to create a setting that puts God front and center. By doing this 718 will become a service that worshiping God is irresistible. I invite you to come join us of the God movement in Helena, Alabama.

A WORD FROM 718
Do you know of someone who needs love?
Of course you do! We are all constantly seeking love, acceptance, and relationships in our lives daily. God's word speaks of how God has shown that to us.
First we seek LOVE...
"For God so LOVED the world that....." (John 3:16)
Second we seek ACCEPTANCE... " Are you tired? Worn out? Burned out on religion? COME to me." (Mat 11:28)
Third we seek a RELATIONSHIP... "..I've named you friends because
I've let you in on everything I've heard from the Father.(John 15:15 )
GOD IS LOVE!!! God shared His love with us so that daily when we seek love, acceptance, and a relationship...WE FIND GOD. Because of that we are called by His name. But how about our friends? How about our family? And lastly how about our enemies? Who is showing them Love? Who is accepting them? Who is building that relationship? I write this last part in all capital letters for a reason..IT IS TIME TO QUIT TALKING ABOUT HOW WE SHOULD LOVE OTHERS AND DO IT!!!! THE WORLD DOES NOT CHANGE WITH OUR WORDS BUT WHEN WE PUT THEM TO ACTION!!! Lets go share that which was so graciously shown to us.
